AR777 Terms and Conditions — Rules for Pakistani Players

1. Introduction

Welcome to AR777. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all visitors, registered members, and anyone who accesses or uses the AR777 platform in any form — including through the website at ar777.click, through our mobile applications for Android and iOS, or through any other channel through which AR777 services are accessed.

AR777 is an online gaming and sports betting platform serving players in Pakistan. The platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and supports payments via the major local channels familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.

By creating an account at AR777, depositing funds, placing a bet, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you should not create an account or use the AR777 platform.

These Terms should be read alongside the AR777 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, both of which form part of the binding agreement between you and AR777 when you use the platform.

2. Eligibility Important

To register and play at AR777, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. AR777 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time, including before processing a withdrawal.

• Age: You must be at least 18 years old. AR777 operates a strict minimum age policy. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all funds frozen pending investigation.
• Location: You must be located in a jurisdiction where using an online gaming platform is not prohibited. It is your responsibility to ensure that accessing and using AR777 is legal where you are located. AR777 makes no representations about the legality of its services in specific jurisdictions.
• Mental capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be under the influence of substances that impair your judgment when placing bets or making financial decisions on AR777.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion or account restriction at AR777 or any other platform operated by the same group. Attempting to create a new account to circumvent a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
• Personal use only: You must be acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of a third party. You may not create or operate an AR777 account on behalf of another person.

3. Account Registration

Each eligible person may hold only one registered account at AR777. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, or through any means of concealment — is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

When you register at AR777, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any other information requested during registration or subsequent verification. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.

• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your AR777 login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. AR777 will never ask for your password through any channel — not via email, phone, or live chat.
• Notification of breach: If you suspect that your AR777 account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact AR777 support immediately so that appropriate action can be taken to secure your account.
• Verification: AR777 may request identity verification documents — such as a CNIC, passport, or utility bill — before processing your first withdrawal or at any point AR777 considers necessary for security or compliance purposes. Withdrawals will be paused until verification is complete.
• Account closure: You may request the closure of your AR777 account at any time by contacting support. AR777 may also close or suspend accounts that breach these Terms, show signs of fraudulent activity, or are associated with money laundering or other prohibited conduct.

AR777 reserves the right to refuse account registrations at its sole discretion without being required to provide reasons.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions at AR777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied. The amounts you deposit are the amounts credited to your AR777 balance, and the amounts you withdraw are the amounts that will be transferred to your payment method.

Accepted payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals at AR777 include: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (all major Pakistani banks), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. AR777 does not charge fees on deposits. Withdrawal processing fees, if any, will be disclosed in your account dashboard before you confirm a withdrawal request.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Processing time: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Bank IBFT withdrawals typically complete within the same business day. Card withdrawals may take 1–3 business days depending on the issuing bank.
• Source of funds: All deposits must come from a payment method registered in your own name. AR777 does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited from an account not belonging to you will be returned and the transaction flagged for review.
• Withdrawal conditions: Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification. AR777 may also request documentation confirming the source of deposited funds in cases where transaction patterns suggest unusual activity.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

When you place a bet or wager at AR777 — whether on sports, casino games, Aviator, or any other product on the platform — the following general rules apply. Game-specific and sport-specific rules are also published in the relevant sections of the AR777 platform and form part of these Terms.

• Bet confirmation: A bet is only confirmed when AR777 displays a confirmation message and assigns a bet reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation have not been accepted, regardless of whether funds were deducted from your balance during the attempt.
• Minimum and maximum bets: Minimum stake across AR777 is Rs 100 for sports bets and Rs 50 for most casino and Aviator bets. Maximum stake limits vary by market, event, and game and are displayed in the AR777 betting interface before confirmation.
• Live betting: In-play bets placed at AR777 are subject to a brief acceptance delay while odds are confirmed against the current match state. AR777 reserves the right to void live bets placed during a network interruption or at odds that were displayed in error due to a data feed failure.
• Palpable errors: AR777 may void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds caused by system errors, data feed failures, or human error. A palpable error is one where a reasonable bettor should have been aware that the odds were incorrect. AR777 will notify affected players and return their stakes to their balance.
• Voided events: If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled without a result being determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned. Rules for each specific sport and competition are detailed in the AR777 sportsbook help section.
• VAR and official results: All sports bets at AR777 are settled on the official result confirmed after any review process, including VAR in football. The result used is the one confirmed by the governing body at the conclusion of all official review procedures.
• No guaranteed winnings: Placing a bet at AR777 does not guarantee a return. Gaming outcomes are determined by certified random number generation and live sporting results beyond the control of AR777.

6. Bonuses & Promotions Read Carefully

AR777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing members, including welcome deposit matches, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions around events like PSL and Eid. These are offered to enhance your AR777 experience — not as a guaranteed source of profit.

• Welcome bonus: New AR777 members receive a 100% match on their first deposit up to Rs 50,000. The bonus is credited automatically when the qualifying deposit is made. Minimum qualifying deposit is Rs 500.

11. Limitation of Liability

AR777 provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is reliable, secure, and available at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned and unplanned maintenance, network outages, and external technical events may occasionally affect platform availability.

AR777's liability to you is limited in the following ways:

• AR777 is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures outside AR777's direct control, including internet service provider failures, device malfunctions, or third-party payment delays.
• In the event of a platform error that results in bets being accepted at incorrect odds, AR777 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes. This is not a form of liability — it is a fairness protection mechanism for all players.
• AR777's maximum liability to any individual member arising from any single incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the incident.

Nothing in these Terms limits AR777's liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12. Changes to These Terms

AR777 reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, AR777 will notify registered members through the AR777 website, app notification, or email. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the AR777 platform after Terms have been updated constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using AR777 and may request account closure.

For changes that materially affect your rights — such as changes to withdrawal rules, bonus policy, or eligibility requirements — AR777 will provide at least 14 days' notice before the changes take effect.
